Fine Linen
We found these folded and stacked on one of our display tables. They really wanted to be opened and appreciated.

Thank you so much for sharing these.

  1. Beautiful - and what a great way to recycle linens.

  3. I love these Linen Hankerchips. These are beautiful! You make me want to stop by a Macy's Dept. Store and purchase myself a set of Lady's Hankerchips to Zentangle.

Reminds me of a white cotton bandana I purchased and zentangled for an exchange group I was in. I used Sharpie Markers on the 100% cotton bandana.

What was used on these beautiful linen cloths?

  4. What a nice idea. These make me think of ladies handkerchiefs. Using tangles, a little "lace" could be drawn onto one or more corners and it would make a nice, easy gift to give to someone in a nursing home, or anywhere.
    Well done!

  7. Oh Wow! Thanks for your kind comments. (I'm a little behind on reading). These were my dad's (I was very close to him) and when I finish enough of them, my mom is going to make a quilt out of them.

  8. I forgot to say that I used the ultra fine tip Sharpie and I believe that I can heat set them and make them permanent.
