I have to say I'm really drawn to the fifth one, as it seems to speak about the wonderful Zentangle community: love nestled in the core, and growth all around it. Thank you.
I did this one a while ago.. . .pulling it out of the archives. . . .I think I tinted the background with some watery walnut ink, let it dry and then did the stripes with a graphic one black. Knowing me, I probably went back in with a brush and shaded with the walnut ink. It was more than likely a day when the brush and ink was by my side for some other project and just happened to be handy.. . . although I usually do have a brush and ink handy OR in my hand! maria

It's just little old tripoli. . . .with a kick. If you isolate the triangle. . . .you'll see it! maria
How did you do the background on the first one? I love the depth and interwoven look, rather like love.
