Enjoy this wonderful duet while scrolling through a few of our latest tiles. . .
[Instructions for how to tangle schway, shown in these next two tiles, can be found in this newsletter.]
Hmm . . . what if there was a magic mirror that inverted images, white for black, black for white . . .
Winner of the tile from the RSVP blog entry is Jen Crutchfield. Congrats Jen!
We look forward to your comments. We regularly send out a tile from the blog to randomly chosen commenters (if we can contact you!).

OH MY!!!!! These are absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!! Thank you so much for sharing ~ I just LOVE that first piece of art on the ATC tile! You are always such a wonderful source of inspiration!
I wonder how many of us that leave comments start with "Oh my". The second tile just takes my breath away, I love it. Am I missing something as I don't recognise the pattern on the fourth tile, does it have a name?
Wonderful and as always, please keep sharing.
Chrissie
I wish I could see the video but it is blocked in the UK! I will just have to see if I can bring it up on You Tube.
the tangle in the 4th tile is a tangleation of "bales". . . look closely and you'll see it! maria
All of your tiles are amazing!! But, the 3rd one down looks so textured! It's like I can "feel" the (for lack of a better term) roughness of it. BTW, I love the new tangle Schway!! Awesome!!
Wow! The last one really reminds me of the artist Escher. Like like like!!!
As always, I am in awe. I love what you do. The first piece is so fabulous. I haven't worked on an atc yet. Inspired, yes I am!
I really have to try schway. As Ellen said, it reminds me of Escher too.
Every tile is a gem, I love the way you transformed black and white into precious ebony and ivory with strokes of excellence.
Wow! What a treat to view your fantastic tiles. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the new tangle, Rick. Soooo very interesting. Most certainly will try. But, I'm entrigued and I'm totally lost trying to figure out what pens are being used for some of these tiles as in tiles one, two three. Wonderful results! We need a master class...Thanks for all the sharing!
These are really beautiful. I especially love the first one. The dimension is so dramatic.
Thanks Maria, I can see the Bales now, it was the embellishment that threw me. Beautiful.
The power of black and white, working together -- perfect harmony! I especially love the second tile...

Love the layers on all of these, but especially love the Bales!
Rick and Maria!

So lovely to meander within your combined inspiration! Unfortunately that wonderful tune "Ebony and Ivory" is blocked here in Australia, but I hummed it in my mind!!!
Thank you both for all your help and shared inspiration, what would we all do without you two !
As always tiles to aspire to. Simply amazing! Wow!
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the mirror image set! Love all of them, but that was my favorite!
I came across Zentangle last year when a CZT in Irving, Texas offered a class at a local craft store. I was seeking inspiration and saw the beautiful art that was simply constructed with complex value. I was seeking an outlet for personal growth and I dove in and now create this beautiful art daily.
I am inspired by the depth the ebony and ivory exhibits. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for the tangles. But I have to say, the video touched me so much. Both Sir Paul and Stevie Wonder have created so much music, and the message is still true today as when they created the song. Thank you!!
Thanks so much for the tile! What a pleasure that was to receive in the mail! Absolutely gorgeous!
