A New Coat

We have a stool that was getting a bit worse for wear. Maria decided to give it a fresh coat of polyurethane this past weekend.

But before that, she gave it a fresh coat of tangles!

Your stool looks wonderful! The betweed gives the seat a woven look.

Beautiful! (I need a tangle-able piece of furniture.)

What a treat for a seat and an excellent lesson on how to expand on our Zendala creations.

This is lovely...and fun! Thanks for sharing it.

This is gorgeous. Makes me want to go out and buy used or unfinished furniture just so I could tangle them.

I have a small chair that I'd like to paint white and tangle. What type of paint should I use? And then what pen on top of that? Any particular brand of varnish that you recommend?
