Got a Light?
You should know by now that there is no such thing for Maria as white space that can't be tangled!
Close up, you can see that this frosted glass lampshade is "pre-strung"!
This image is from our bathroom. Our bathroom has many versions (prints) of Edward Hicks' "Peaceable Kingdom" -- 6 large, 3 small, plus one that Maria did.
We love the story of Edward Hicks, a Quaker and an itinerant American folk painter of iconic images.
He has a fascinating story. You can start here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Hicks
is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.
We believe that life is an art form and that the Zentangle method is an elegant metaphor for deliberate artistry in life.
