Performance Art

Last night we took Zentangle to the streets of Newport!

We began work on a four foot square Zentangle creation. It's a reverse silhouette of a "Beetle Cat" - that's the boat that every first year student at IYRS restores.

When it's finished, IYRS will use it as a fundraising poster.

Wait til you see it finished - it is looking so awesome!

Got to run. We're off on a class trip to the Museum of American Illustration.

Dang it! Missed the boat again! Just kidding. I concur with Carole... this looks like tons of fun! We are there in spirit, right Carole?

No doubt about it, Donna. As Lois said yesterday... see the little orb in yesterday's photo? We are hovering:)

Yes Carole and Donna we are there in spirit and "hovering" over our computers to see tomorrows peep into the magic that is happening in Newport.
