and enjoy the great open loading door.
In the afternoon we all got on a trolley and went to Ochre Court, one of Newports mansions and the main offices of Salve Regina University.
Christine Hendrickson of Salve gave us all a private tour.
Then we were on our own to "hunt" patterns among the amazing architectural details.
From Salve, we took the trolley back to IYRS the "long way" around Brenton Point.

Very inspring! I keep thinking that the sail on that boat is just aching for zentangles.
*LOVE* the 'Zentangle-inspired' stained glass window. Looks like a Bales variation ;-)
I think whoever owns that boat should be prepared...
What incredible energy ~ Do you see the "orb" captured in the third picture? It's the spirit of all of us wishing we were there!
I can see my father, Howard W., in some of the pictures. I, too, love to zentangle. I talk to the folks daily and hear about how much they're enjoying their class/time there. Now, I can actually SEE them ejoying themselves. Warms my heart!
